River and Tree of Life Ministries approach to leadership training involves focusing on and developing key leadership talents and abilities to create "well rounded" leaders in the organization.
In our leadership training programs, we teach practical "how-to" leadership skills that create high-performing individuals and teams. We introduce the leadership skills and techniques that sustain long-term excellence and maximize performance. Our leadership training will assist participants in establishing an environment of success both for their teams and for themselves.
Apostolic Impartation
Our focus in RATOLM is to function as an Apostolic organization to impart to our generation at this end time. We will be organizing Apostolic Summits from time to time to train and to teach ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Teaching and training them about Apostolic Doctrine and spiritual gifts, which if embraced, will make them function in the area of their services/ calling and ministries.
Apostolic impartation by RATOLM is not a religious ritual or ceremonial action. Apostolic impartation is a transfer and residue of the life of Christ and the mysteries of His Kingdom for the purpose of spiritual establishment and maturity. Impartation is the implantation of a part of our God given Spiritual Gifts into another.
For this reason, we need to take care who lays hands on us lest we become corrupted and polluted by strange spirits that conflict with the purposes of God and His word in us. Apostolic impartation is an apostolic function that equips us to function in our God-ordained office. This deposit of spiritual truth and gifts is able to break past and present limitations and to release fruitfulness in the Church. The unlimited realm of Kingdom establishment and fruitfulness imparted apostolically comes through a unique relationship with God. It does not originate with man, he is simply the conduit, but is from God through the Holy Spirit.

“For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers; Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you. For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;” (Romans 1:9-11).
The Apostle Paul’s desire and prayer was to impart (to give over or plant) spiritual gifts through his teaching, and his impartation established and sustained the Church in Rome for about 1260 years. Historically, the Church in Rome was the ‘established Church’ until its drift into apostasy through the papacy.
We cannot impart what we do not have. Spiritual and apostolic leaders do not impart eschatological knowledge that they have gained from excessive studies. They impart spiritual things. It is the planting of the kingdom of heavens in us to establish the foundation in accordance with the desires of the heavenly Father (GOD). Apostolic impartation brings establishment of our foundation, and as well releases us into a new level of establishment. Divine implantation of Kingdom purpose is received.
Apostolic ministries are characterized by their access to divine mysteries and revelations, which other ministry gifts cannot access due to their grace and limitations in regard to their level of function.
“How that by revelation He (God) made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto His (God’s) holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;” (Ephesians 3:3-5 some brackets mine).
Sharing the Love of Christ
Following the example of our Savior Jesus Christ, who meet people’s physical needs along with their spiritual needs, we provide help to those who are needy and suffering through indigenous ministries.
When disasters strike in remote regions, missionaries are often the first responders, taking every opportunity to share the hope they have in Jesus Christ. Likewise, RATOLM will care for those whom society has marginalized, including orphans, the homeless, street children, and widows/ widowers. RATOLM will provide shelter and protect persecuted believers and the families of Christian martyrs. We can achieve this by working with our foundation (River And Tree of Life Foundation)
With help from God RATOLM will provides missionaries and individuals with the resources they need for compassionate outreach—resources like food for the hungry, medicine for the sick, provision for the persecuted, and children’s homes for the orphan.
Our Mandate is (T.T.B.E.E.S)
After the solid training of the disciples then we would supply them with the resources they need for the work of the kingdom of God.
Ministries and individuals, assisted by River and Tree of Life Ministries, also have to establish hundreds of training centers in their local community.This will give believer’s opportunity to disciple others and be prepared to share the Good News with their own people. They are sending workers into the world’s most difficult mission fields, where false religions and hostile governments oppose God’s truth. With help from God’s people in developed nations, indigenous ministries will push back the gates of hell and establish a witness for Christ in every nation.
